Devtech has formed partnerships with higher learning institutions i.e. Tshwane University of Technology and Sparrow FET Enterprises, to provide Practical Training to Students in the Field of Electrical Engineering.
Practical training is mandatory for the students to fulfil as part of their learning requirements. Once both the Practical training and Theoretical studies are completed, the student would have then met all mandatory requirements to obtain their qualification.
The practical training offered by us (Devtech) provides opportunities that build, clarify and enhance the knowledge that students gained during their theoretical studies at the higher learning institutions. Our training not only assist students in obtaining their qualifications but also assist in equipping the students with knowledge that will make them attractive to prospective employers.
Once the training is completed the students are released without any obligation on the company to provide employment to them. We may offer candidates an opportunity to apply for a position within the company should there be a vacancy.
Students who wish to be offered Practical Training or Workplace Integrated Learning by us need to meet the following criteria:
- South African Citizen
- Registered South African student at a recognised tertiary education institution
- Be referred by the above mentioned tertiary education institutions
